       Acts thing or things Assurances or Conveyances in the Law as by
       the said Samuel Yeaman his Heirs or Assigns or their Council
       learned in the Law shall be from time to time reasonably
       Devised or Advised for the further and better Assurances
       and suremaking over of all and Singular the ^said Land and^ Premisses
       hereby Bargained and Sold or intended to be Bargained and
       Sold unto him the said Samuel Yeamans his Heirs and
       Assigns and the said Thomas Hitchcroft doth for himself
       Declare that at the time of the Sealing and Delivery of these
       Presents that he is Lawfully Seized of and in the said
       Tract of Land and Premisses of a good Firm Right and
       Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance without any Condition
       or Limitation which may alter or Defeat the same and
       the said Samuel Yeaman his Heirs and Assigns may
       for ever Peaceably and Quietly have Hold Occupy and
       Enjoy the said Land and Premisses without any let Suit
       or Denial of him the said Hitchcraft or other Person
       according to the True Intent and meaning of these presents
       In Witness whereof the said Thomas Hitchcraft hath
       hereunto set his Hand & Seal the day & Year above Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered
       in the Presence of                              Tho.s Hitchcraft   seal
       Alex.r Warfield Son of R.d    Nich Gassaway son Tho.s

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)
       Reced August 4.th 1748 of Samuel Yeaman, the Quantity     ll
       of Two Thousand five Hundred & fifty five Pounds of        2550
       Tobacco ^it^ being the Consideration within mentioned
       Test                                                            Thomas Hitchcraft
             Nicho.s Gassaway son Tho.s

       Memorandum, On the 4.th day of August 1748 Came the within
       Named Tho.s Hitchcraft before us the Subscribers two of his
       Lordships Justices of            County and Acknowledged the
       within Instrument to be his Act and Deed and the Land &
       Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of the within Named
       Samuel Yeamans his Heirs and Assigns forever according to
       the True intent and meaning of the within Deed and the
       Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided and
