       Twenty Degrees East Eighty Perches, then North
       thirteen Degrees East fifty Nine perches, then North
       twenty Degrees West Twenty six Perches then North
       fifty Degrees West sixty Perches then South Eighty
       Degrees West sixteen Perches then South seventeen
       Degrees East forty six Perches then with a
       Streight Line to the Beginning Trees Containing and
       laid out for fifty five Acres of Land more or less
       together with all and Singular the Premisses and
       Appurtenances to the said Land belonging or in
       any wise appertaining To have and to Hold
       the same unto him the said Samuel Yeamans
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only proper
       Use and Behoof of him the said Samuel Yeamans
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use intent
       or Purpose whatsoever and the said Thomas
       Hitchcraft for himself his Heirs and Assigns Doth
       hereby Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the
       said Samuel Yeaman his Heirs and Assigns forever
       that he the said Thomas Hitchcraft his Heirs and Assigns
       shall dna will from time to time and at all times
       forever hereafter Warrant and Defend the said Tract
       of Land and Premisses thereunto belonging unto him
       the said Samuel Yeaman's his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever from any Person or Persons whatsoever
       who shall or may lay any Right Title or Claim
       there^un^to and the said Thomas Hitchcraft doth further
       agree for himself his Heirs and Assigns to and with
       the said Samuel Yeaman his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said Thomas Hitchcraft his Heirs and
       Assigns shall and will from time to time and at all
       times forever hereafter when thereunto required
       doe make Acknowledge Suffer and Execute
       or cause to be made done Acknowledged Suffered
       and Executed all and every such other Act or
