       ever hereafter Quietly & peaceably Have hold possess
       & Enjoy all & Singular the Premisses without the
       let Molestation or Disturbance of him the said
       Daniel Dulany or his Heirs or any other Person or
       Persons Claiming from by or under him or them
       & that he the said Daniel Dulany & his Heirs shall
       & will at any time hereafter Execute any other
       further or other Deed Assurance or Conveyance
       that shall be Devised Advised or Required by him
       the said Walter Dulany his Heirs or assigns or his
       or their Council Learned in the Law for the further
       & better Assurance of the Premisses to the said Walter
       Dulany his Heirs & Assigns so as to Bar in the
       most Effectual manner any Claim or Demand of
       him the said Daniel Dulany or his Heirs or any
       other Person or Persons Claiming from by or under
       him or them so always that the Quit Rents Due
       or hereafter to grow or become Due for the Premisses
       & every Part thereof shall be paid Satisfyed ^paid^ &
       Discharged by the said Walter Dulany his Heirs
       & Assigns In Witness whereof the said Daniel  
       Dulany hath hereunto set his Hand & Seal the
       Day & year first within mentioned
       Sealed & Delivered in            D Dulany   Seal
       the presence of
       Jn.o Brice
       Daniel Dulany jun   At the foot of the aforegoing
             Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t
       M.rs Henrietta Maria Dulany wife of Daniel
       Dulany party to the foregoing Deed being Examined
       a part from her said husband declared that she
       freely & Voluntarily Relinquished all her Right
       Title & Claim of Dower to all & every of the Lands
       mentioned in the within Deed & that she was not
       Compelled or Induced so to do by any threats or
       Compulsion of her said Husband or fear of his
       Displeasure Taken & acknowledged before me the
