       Moiety of a Tract of Land called the Vale or Valley of
       Jehosaphat Granted Originally to Richard Smith late of
       Calvert County Esq.r Deceased for Two Thousand five
       hundred Acres One other Tract called the Addition
       Containing five hundred Acres One other Tract of
       Land called Mothers Care Containing five hundred
       acres One other Tract of Land called Dulanys Park
       Containing One Thousand & Eight Acres & one other
       Tract Containing Two Thousand Acres which the said
       Daniel Dulany Purchased from Charles Sewall late of
       Saint Marys County Gentleman Deceased son & Heir of
       Nicholas Sewall late of the said County Esq.r Deceased
       which Several Tracts together ought to Contain five
       Thousand Two hundred & fifty eight Acres wherein upon
       a late Resurvey there appeared a Deficiency Occasioned
       by some parts of the Tracts being Included in others of
       them towards the making up & supplying which Discovery
       some Contiguous vacant Land hath been added in
       the said Resurvey as may appear by the Certificate
       thereof lodged in the Land Office Relation ^being^ thereunto had
       together with the said Added Vacancy & all the Rents
       Issues & Profits now remaining Due from & unpaid
       by all or any of the Tenants which are or have been
       on any part of the Premisses which Several parcells
       or Tracts of Land are in the Actual Possession or
       Occupation of the said Walter Dulany or his under
       Tenants and also all Buildings Improvements
       Profits Commodities Advantages & Appurtenances to the
       said several Tracts or Parcells of Land & every of them
       belonging or appurtaining to Have and to hold all
       & singular the Premisses to him the said Walter Dulany
       his Heirs & Assigns for ever to his & their own use
       & to no other use or Purpose Whatsoever & the said
       Daniel Dulany for himself & his Heirs doth Covenant
       ^Grant^ & agree to & with the said Walter Dulany his Heirs &
       assigns that he & they shall & may at all times for
