       Received of M.r Walter Dulany Ten pounds Ten Shill.s
       & four pence Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the
       Alienation fine on the within mentioned five Thousand
       Two hundred & fifty Eight Acres of Land by Virtue
       of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his
8 1/2 said Lordships Agent & Receiver Generall
        Recorded July 27.th 1748            Rich.d Dorsey

Ex.d Whereas Richard Molineux of London Merchant
        by his Letter of Attorney bearing Date the Eighth day of
        June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven
        hundred & forty Two did Constitute me the said David
        Arnold his True & Lawfull Attorney within the Province      
       of Maryland with Power to Substitute one or more Attornies
       under me the said David Arnold as by the said Letter of
       Attorney Recorded amongst the Records of Calvert County
       Court may more fully appear Now Know ye that
       I the said David Arnold being about to depart this Province
       & Reside some short time on Great Britain by Virtue of
       the said Power of Substitution in the said Letter of
       Attorney mentioned have Constituted appointed & in my
       Place & Stead put Roger Boyce & Thomas Ireland
       Jun of Calvert County Gentleman my True & Lawfull
       Substitutes & to be the Attorney & Attornies of the said
       Richard Molineux within this Province Jointly &
       Severally with full Power & Author^i^ty to do Execute
       Perform & Finish all things which I the said
       David Arnold could or might do by Virtue of the
       above Recited Letter of Attorney In Witness whereof
       I the said David Arnold have hereunto put my
       hand & Seal this this Twenty fourth day of Feb.ry
       in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred
