       Almighty God did Solemnly and Sincerely declare testifye
       and depose to be True the Several matters and things
       mentioned and Contained in the Original Affidavit
       hereunto annexed In Faith & Testimony
       whereof I the said Lord Mayor have caused the Seal of
       the Office of Mayoralty of the said City of London to
       be hereunto put and Affixed and the Original Assignment
       mentioned and referred to in & by the said Affidavit to be
       hereunto also annexed Dated in London the Sixteenth
       day of February in the year of our Lord 1747

       July 8.th 1748 Then came the within named Thomas
       Hill before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships the
       Right Honourable the Lord Propry his Justices of
       the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland &
       acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed
       to and for the Several uses Intents & Purposes therein
12 1/2 sides mentioned               before me

       Recorded the 9.th day of July 1748

Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty sixth day of
       February in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred
       & forty seven Between Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r
       of the one part and Walter Dulany of the same place
       Gentleman Second Son of the said Daniel Dulany of
       the other part Witnesseth that the said Daniel Dulany
       for & in Consideration of the Natural Love & Affection
       which he hath & beareth to his said Son hath Given
       Granted Released & Confirmed & by these Presents doth
       freely & Absolutely Give Grant Release & Confirm unto
       the said Walter Dulany his Heirs & Assigns for ever
       all those Several Tracts or Parcells of Land lying
       Contiguous to or near one another in Baltimore
       County Viz.t Twelve hundred & fifty Acres being the
