       whereof I do hereby acknowledge and myself to be therewith
       fully paid and Satisfyed Have Granted Bargained Sold
       Assigned Aliened Conveyed and Sett over and by these presents
       do fully freely and Absolutely Grant Bargain Sell
       Assign Alien Convey and set over unto the said Isaac
       Navarro one full and Equal Moiety or half part of all
       my part Share Interest Property Claim and demand
       Whatsoever of in and unto all and every the Real & Personal
       Estate of the said deceased Robert Ungle in Maryland af.d
       part of which was late in the Possession of my said late
       Wife As also One full and Equal Moiety or half part of
       a Certain Bond or Obligation under the Hand & Seal
       of Phenix Alsrin is held and firmly Bound for the
       Payment of Twenty pounds of Lawfull Money of Great
       Britain as in the Condition of the said Obligation
       mentioned Together with one half part of all such
       Interest as already is or shall become due thereon Together
       with all and every my Right Title Interest Property
       Claim and demand Whatsoever of in and to the said One
       Moiety or half part of the said Real & Personal Estate
       of the said Robert Ungle deceased and to the said One
       Moiety or half part of the said Recited Bond To have
       hold Receive Possess and Enjoy the said hereby Bargained
       and assigned Premisses and every part and parcell
       thereof unto the said Isaac Navarro his Heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns to his and their own proper
       use and uses and as his and their own proper use &
       uses and as his and their own proper Monies & Estate
       for Ever And to the End the said Isaac Navarro his
       Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns may the
       better have Receive and Obtain the Possession of the
       said hereby Bargained and Assigned Premisses I the
       said Thomas Hill have made and appointed and do hereby
       make Ordain Constitute and appoint him and them any
       True and Lawfull Attorney and Attornies for me and in
