       Thom.s Hughes      Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t
   
       On the Twenty fourth day of March 1747 Came the
       within Named Mark Parr Before me the subscriber
       One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court
       and acknowledged the within Deed & the Land therein
       mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within
       Named John Howard son of Benj.a his Heirs &
       Assigns for Ever
                                                       W.m Rogers

       Then Received of John Howard son of Benj.a the
       Purchace Money mentioned in the within Deed
       Test Cha.s Croxall         P.r me      Mark Parr

       Received of the within mentioned M.r Jn.o Howard for
       the use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore
       Eight Shillings Sterling being for the Alienation fine
       of the within mentioned Two hundred Acres of Land
5 sides this 8 July 1748                        Benj.a Tasker

Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents that I Thomas
       Hill of Irwin Street London ^Turner^ heretofore Husband to
       Abigail Hill deceased whose Maiden name was Abigail
       Ungle and who was one of the Two Sisters & Coheirs of
       of Robert Ungle late of plain dealing near the River
       Choptank in Talbot County in the Province of
       Maryland in America Esquire deceased for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of One hundred pounds of
       Lawfull Money of great Britain to me in hand paid
       by Isaac Navarro of the Parish of Saint Buttolph
       without Aldgate London Snuff Merchant the Receipt
