       my Name but to and for his and their own proper
       use and behoof to ask demand sue for and by all
       Lawfull ways and means to Recover & Receive all and
       every the hereby Bargained and Assigned Premisses &
       upon Recoveries and Receipts to Give Discharges
       And I the said Thomas Hill do hereby for myself
       my Executors & Administrators Covenant Promise
       and agree to and with the said Isaac Navarro his
       Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that I
       have not done Committed or Suffered and that I my
       Heirs Executors or Administrators shall not nor will
       do Commit or Suffer any Act matter or thing Whatsoever
       whereby to hinder or frustrate the said Isaac
       Navarro his Heirs Executors Administrators or
       Assigns from Recovering & Obtaining the said thereby
       Bargained and Assigned Premisses or any part thereof
       But on the Contrary shall and will make do
       Assign and Execute all such other & further Acts
       Writings and things for his and their Better
       having and Receiving the said hereby Bargained
       and Assigned Premisses and every part thereof
       as by his or their Council Learned in the Law
       shall be Reasonably Advised devised or Required
       In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Hill have
       hereunto set my hand & Seal the Sixteenth day of
       February in the year of our Lord One Thousand
       Seven hundred & forty Seven
