       Two doth at Large appear the said Islands being in Dorchester
       and Somerset Countys Together w.th all Priviledges and Advantages
       belonging to the said Lands or any part or Parcell thereof either
       in Possession or Reversion likewise the Benefit of the Redemption
       of any Mortgage in any part of the af.d Lands Together
       with the Advantage of any Rent or Rents due from any person
       or Persons who has or now doth Occupy the said Lands or any
       part or Parcell thereof and all the Estate Right Title Claim
       and demand Whatsoever of him the said William Cavenough of
       in and unto the same and every part and Parcell thereof To
       have and to hold the ^afore^said Tract or Tracts of Land abovementioned
       and all the Premisses w.th every of their Appurtenances
       hereby Bargained & Sold unto the said James Smith his
       Heirs or Assigns for Ever to the only proper use and behoof
       of him the said James Smith his Heirs & Assigns for Ever &
       the said William Cavenough for himself & his Heirs doth hereby
       Covenant and agree To and with the said James Smith his
       Heirs & Assigns that he the said William Cavenough and his
       Heirs All the Right Title & Interest which he now hath
       in and unto the af.d Tract or Tracts of Land abovementioned
       against all Persons Claiming by from or under him the said
       William Cavenough unto the said James Smith his Heirs
       & assigns shall and will Warrant & defend In Witness
       whereof the said William Cavenough hath hereunto set his
       hand and Seal the day and year above Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered               Will.m Cavenough   Seal
          in Presence of us
       Tho Aisquith
                               On the Back of the aforegoing
       Barnhouse      deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Saint Marys County fs June 18.th 1748 This day came before
       us two of his Lordships Justices of the County af.d the within
       mentioned William Cavenough party to the within Deed and
       acknowledged the within Deed & Bargain of Sale to be his
