453 Parcell of Land Together with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereto belonging unto him the said William Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said William Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns and to no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Enoch Conly for himself and his Heirs the said Tract or Parcell of Land and all and singular other the Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said William Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these Presents from me and my heirs and all persons from by or under me or any of them In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day and year first above written Inter Signed Sealed and Delivered Enoch Conley seal In the Presence of Nase Deaton Iams white On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t On the 29.th Day of April Anno Domini 1748 Came before us the subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices of Prince Georges County County the within named Enoch Conly and acknowledged the within Deed as his Act & Deed and the Lands therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within Named William Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns according to the directions of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Henry Munday W.m Beatty Received of William Maccubbin the sum of five shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money of the within Lands and Premisses this 19.th of April 1748 Enoch Conley Received of M.r William Maccubbin four Shillings Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the within (mentioned) |
