Ex.d This Indenture made the nineteenth day of
       April in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred and forty
       Eight Between William Maccubbin of Ann Arundell
       County Wheelwright of the one part and Enoch Conly
       of Lancaster County in Pennsylvania of the other
       part Witnesseth that the said Enoch Conly as well for
       and in Consideration of the Love and Affection which
       the said Enoch Conly beareth to the said William
       Maccubbin his Son in Law as for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling to him in
       had paid by the said William Maccubbin before the ensealing     
       and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt Whereof
       is hereby acknowledged and for divers other good Causes
       and Considerations him thereunto moving he the said
       Enoch Conly Hath Granted Bargained Sold aliened enfeoffed
       and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the
       said William Maccubbin all that Tract or Parcell of
       Parcell of Land being part of a Warrant of Ten Thousand
       Acres Granted to M.r John Digges lying and situate in
       Baltimore County called Strawberry plains Beginning at
       Bounded Beach standing in the fork of a Run by the
       Monocasy Road the said Run Descends into little Pipe Creek
       and Running thence West Eighteen perches North thirty Perches
       thence East Eighty Perches thence South thirty eight Perches
       thence East thirty Perches thence south one hundred and
       Twenty four Perches thence West One hundred and Twelve
       Perches thence North one hundred Perches thence by a Streight
       Direct Line to the first Bounded Tree Containing and now
       laid out for One hundred Acres of Land more or less together
       with all and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances
       to the said Tract or Parcell of Land belonging or in any ways
       Appurtaining To have and to hold the said Tract or
