       Heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant Promise and agree
       to and with the said George Plater his Heirs and assigns that
       he the said Benedict Calvert the af.d Lands and Premisses
       with the Appurtenances unto the said George Plater his heirs
       and Assigns against the said Benedict & Elizabeth and each of
       them and every Person or Persons Claiming under them or
       either of them shall and will Warrant and Defend In
       Witness whereof the Partys first above mentioned have
       hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their
       Seals the day and year first above Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered               Onorio Razolini Seal
          In the presence of                           Bened.t Calvert   Seal

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of
       Edm Jenings   Jn.o Brice
      
       9.th June 1748 Then Came before me the Subscriber one of
       his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within
       named Onorio Razolini & Benedict Calvert who severally
       acknowledged the within Deed to be their & each of their Act &
       Deed And the Lands and Lotts of Land and Premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Estate of the said George Plater & his Heirs
                                                                         Jn.o Brice

       Recd the day and year within mentioned of the within
       named George Plater the several sums of five Shillings being
       the Consideration Money within expressed Received by us
       Witness                                                   Bened.t Calvert
