       Same Edmund and Joseph Partys to these Presents for
       themselves and either of them their and either of their Heirs in
       manner following that is to say that the same Edmund shall
       and will permit and Suffer the same Joseph Garnett before the
       end of the next May Provincial Court to be held at Annapolis
       for the Province of Maryland af.d to sue forth and Prosecute
       against him the said ^same^ Edmund one Writ of Entry Sur Disseissin
       in le post Returnable before the Justices of the same Court at
       Annapolis af.d thereby Demanding against him the same
       Edmund the af.d herein described Parcell of One hundred and
       Twenty Two Acres of Land Contained within the Liens and
       Boundarys abovementioned with the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging in such manner and form as the same Joseph or his
       Council Learned in the Law shall be advised unto which
       said Writ of Entry so to be Prosecuted the same Edmund
       shall appear gratis either in his proper Person or by Attorney
       Lawfully Authorized and shall Vouch to Warranty thereof the
       Common Vouchee who shall likeways appear and imparle
       and afterwards depart in Contempte of the Court and make
       Default so that Judgment may thereupon be had and given
       for the same Joseph to Recover the same one hundred and Twenty
       Two Acres of Land with the Appurtenances against the same
       Edmund and for the same Edmund to Recover in Value against
       the Common Vouchee to the end that one perfect Common
       Recovery with Single Voucher over may be thereupon had and
       Suffered and all and every thing and things don and perfected
       needfull and Convenient for having and Suffering the same
       Recovery according to the Course of Common Recoverys in such
       Cases used and that the same Recovery shall also be executed
       by One Writ of Habere facias Seizinam And it is hereby
       further Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed by and
       Between the Partys af.d to these Presents and each of them
       for themselves their and each of their Heirs that the same  
       Recovery so to be had and Suffered and all Effects thereof
