       of the af.d mentioned and herein described One hundred and Twenty
       Two Acres of Land and Appurtenances Contained and being
       within the Lines and Boundarys af.d shall be and enure ^and shall be deemed Adjudged Construed & taken to be and enure^ to and
       for the Sole and only proper use of him the same Joseph Garnett
       his Heirs and assigns for Ever and to no other use intent or purpose
       Whatsoever And that he the same Joseph from and immediately after
       the Suffering the same Recovery shall by Virtue thereof and of these
       Presents Stand and be Lawfully Seized of and in the same One
       hundred and Twenty Two Acres of Land with the Appurtenances
       to and for the proper use of him the same Joseph his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever and to and ^or^ for no other use intent or purpose
       Whatsoever In Witness whereof the Partys af.d to these presents
       have hereunto interchangeably Sett their hands and seals the
       day and year first above Written               Edm.d Delahuntee   Seal

       Sheets of Paper was Sealed and
       Delivered in Presence of

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t
       On the Eighteenth day of April Anno Dom 1748 The within
       named Edmund Delahuntee and Joseph Garnett personally
       came and appeared before us Two of his Lordships Justices of
       the peace for Kent County and Voluntarily acknowledged the
       within Indenture Written on Two Sheets of Paper to be their
       several Act and Deed to and for the uses intents & purposes
       therein mentioned and expressed Witness our hands the day &
