       further Witnesseth that the af.d John Buck Heir at Law of the af.d
       John Buck for and in Consideration of the Sum of Eleven pound
       Ten Shillings Cur.t Money of Maryland as also the paying and
       Discharging the Arrears of Rent Due from the said Land to the
       Lord of the fee the Rec.t of which s.d Sums are hereby acknowledged
       from the s.d James Walker Hath given granted Bargained Sold
       Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto him the said James Walker
       all that the af.d Tract called Bucks Luck Together with all the
       several Improvements thereon being To have and to hold
       the same to him the said James Walker his Heirs and Assigns for
       Ever ^to the only proper Use & behoof of him the said James Walker his Heirs & Assignes for Ever^ and to no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the
       said John Buck doth hereby for himself and his Heirs Covenant
       and agree to and with the said James Walker and his Heirs
       that he the said John Buck and his Heirs shall and will Warrant
       and defend the said Land and Premisses to him the said James
       Walker his Heirs and Assigns for Ever In Witness whereof the
       said John Buck hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day
       and year first above Written

       Sealed and Delivered In the
                presence of

       Th Sparrow Thomas Norris On the Back of the
       aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed Vizt April 5.th 1748
       Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial John Buck and acknowledged the
       within Instrument to be his Act and Deed and the Land
       therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within
       mentioned James Walker his Heirs and Assigns for Ever And at
       the same time Susannah Buck wife of the s.d John Buck
       being privately exam'd out of the hearing of her husband
       Relinquishing her Right of Dower in the said Land and
