       induced thereto by any threats of her husband or fear of his
       Resentment according to the form of the Act of Assembly in
       such Cases made and provided

       Two Shillings and Nine pence half penny Sterling for his
       Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the within
       Mentioned sixty Nine Acres of Land) by Virtue of a
       Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his said
5 1/2 sides Lordships Agent and Receiver General
       Re^c^orded May 13.th 1748               Rich.d Dorsey

Ex.d This Indenture made the Tenth day of
       May in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & forty
       Eight Between Philip Crever of Prince Georges County
       Farmer of the one part and Joseph Ogle of the same County
       Gent of the other part Witnesseth that the s.d Philip Crever
       for and in Consideration of one hundred Pounds Current
       Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the s.d
       Joseph Ogle the Receit whereof is hereby acknowledged
       Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened & Confirmed
       & by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien
       & Confirm unto the s.d Joseph Ogle all that Tract or
       Parcell of Land being in the s.d County called
       Hunters Lott Containing One hundred Acres according
