Ex.d This Indenture made the first Day of January in the Year of
       our Lord God One Thousand seven hundred forty & seven Between
       Capel King of Soms.t County in the Province of Maryland Gent
       of the one part and Ephraim King of the County and province af.d of
       the other part Witnesseth that the said Capel King for the Natural
       Love and Affection he bears towards his son Ephraim King but
       more especially for and in Consideration of the Sum of five
       Shillings Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the
       said Ephraim King at or before the Insealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
       doth Acquit Release and Discharge the said Ephraim King
       for ever by these presents he the said Capel King hath given
       granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed and by
       these presents doth fully freely & Absolutely give Grant Bargain
       Sell Alien Release and Confirm unto the af.d Ephraim King his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Possession Claim Property & Demand whatsoever of him the said
       Capel King of in or unto all the several Tracts or Parcells of
       Lands that he is now Possess'd of in the County af.d together with
       all Buildings Orchards Gardens Improvements Profits Priviledges
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the af.d Lands
       Hereby Granted or intended to be belonging or in any manner
       appertaining To Have & to hold the af.d Lands and Premisses
       Intended to be hereby Granted Bargain'd Sold Alien'd Released
       & Confirmed and every part & Parcell thereof with their and every
       of their Rights members and appurtenances unto the said Ephraim
       King his Heirs and Assigns forever (with this Resurvation
       that he the af.d Capel King shall not be Disturbed on the
       Plantation whereon he now lives during his Natural life & his
       Wifes but that he shall have what Liberty he shall think proper
       as far to the Southward of his plantation as to a Deep Branch
       and any Liberty he shall think fit to make use of in the Marshes)
