       that from and Immediately after the said Common Recovery or
       Recoveries shall be had Prosecuted and suffered as aforesaid of the
       said Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall be and Enure and
       shall be Construed Esteemed Deemed Judged and taken to be and
       Enure and is & are hereby Declared to have been & to be Intended
       to be and Enure that the said Ezekiel and all and every other
       Person or Persons who shall be seised of the Premisses or any part
       thereof by force or Virtue of the said Common Recovery or Recoveries
       shall stand and be seised thereof and of every part      & parcell
       thereof with their and every of their appurtenances to the only
       use and behoof of the said Richard Young his Heirs and Assigns
       and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In
       Witness whereof the said Parties have to these presents
       set their hands and Seals the day and year first above

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus In^d^orsed

       Subscribing Witnesses to the within Deed being duely
       Sworn on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God before
       William Rogers Esq.r one of the Justices of the Provincial
       Court of Maryland severally depose & say that they saw
       Richard Young Ezekiel Gillis & Thomas Williamson
       who are all Well known to these deponants duely Execute
       Seal and as their Respective Acts and Deeds deliver the
       within Deed
