394) And the said Capel King Doth Covenant Promise and agree to and with the said Ephraim King that he the said Capel King shall and will at any time hereafter make acknowledge and in Due form of Law Execute unto the said Ephraim King his Heirs and Assigns all such Conveyance or Conveyances assurance or assurances as by the said Ephraim King or his Council Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably Devised advised or required (the af.d Reservation Excepted) In Witness whereof the Parties af.d to this Indenture Interchangeably have set and Seals affixed the Day and Year first above Written Capell King Seal Signed Sealed & Delivered in Presence of Henry Ballard J Waggaman On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed Viz.t Maryland Be it Remembered that this Day to wit Soms.t County the first Day of January in the Year of our Lord God one Thousand seven hundred forty & seven before us two of his Lordships Propry Justices of the peace in and for the County of Soms.t Personally appeared the within named Capel King and acknowledged the within Deed in Due form of Law Coram Nobis Henry Ballard J Waggaman Jan.ry the 1.st 1747 Then Rec.d of Ephraim King the sum of five Shillings Current Money of Maryland it being the full Consideration Money in the within Deed Expressed Testis Capell King Henry Ballard Rec.d of M.r Tho.s Jones fifty Shillings Ster J Waggaman for the use of the Right Honble the Lord 6 sides Baltimore being for the Alienation Fine of the within Lands (Recorded March 4.th 1747 Benj.a Tasker |
