39) Containing and laid out for three hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all Rights Members and appurtenances thereof and thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of them the same Ann and Nathaniel and of each and either of them of in and to the same and every part and Parcel thereof with the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders thereof To Have & to Hold all and Singular the Tract or Parcel of Land afs.d Called Howards Gift with the Premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the same Thomas Wilkinson his heirs and Assigns from the day next before the Day of the date of these Presents for and during the term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully ^to be^ Compleated and ended to the intent and purpose the better to enable the same Anne and Nathaniel to Grant release and Convey all and Singular the afs.d hereby granted and bargained tract or Parcel of Land called Howard's Gift with the Premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging and the Reversion and Inheritance thereof unto the same Thomas Wilkinson his heirs and Assigns for ever to the uses intents and Purposes and in such Sort and manner as the same Ann and Nathaniel do now intend shortly ^hereafter^ to Grant release and Convey the same by Indenture intended to bear date the day next after the Day of the date of these Psents In Witness whereof the Parties afs.d have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the Day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered her in Psence of Ann A Parr Seal Ja.s Sadler mark Nathaniel Wright Seal Jo.s Elliott On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t Be it Remembred that on the second Day of March Anno Dom Seventeen hundred forty and four the within named Ann Parr and Nathaniel Wright came and Personally appeared before me one of the Right Honble the Lord Propry his Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland and Severally acknowledged the within Written Deed to be their ^proper^ Act and Deed In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the Day and Year above Written W.m Rogers 7 sides Recorded April 12.th 1745 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this first Day of March in the Year of Our Lord Calvert one Thousand seven hundred forty and four Between Ann Parr of Talbot County in the Province of Maryland Widow heretofore called Ann King one of the Daughters and Devisees of John King late of the same County deceased and Nathaniel Wright of the City of Philadelphia (Joyner) |
