       fully and at large appear And Whereas also before the Payment of the money
       Mentioned in the said Deed to be due George Plater Esq.r was paid my
       said Father departed this Life and the s.d Philip Key as his Security
       in the s.d Bond mentioned hath really & bona fide paid unto the said
       George Plater the Sum of Seventy four pounds Sixteen Shillings Sterling

                            Now this Indenture made the 12.th Day of Dec.r Seventeen
       Hundred & forty seven Between Francis Hutchins of Calvert County
       Mariner of the One part and the af.d Philip Key of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Francis Hutchins only Son and Heir of
       the s.d Francis Hutchins deceased for & in Consideration of the
       Premisses & for divers other good Causes and Considerations
       him the s.d Francis Hutchins thereunto especially moveing hath
       given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Convey'd & Confirmed
       and by these Presents doth give grant Bargain Sell Alien
       Enfeoffe convey & Confirm unto the s.d Philip Key his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and
       Demand of him the said Francis Hutchins and his Heirs of in
       and unto those two several Tracts or Parcells of Land in the Deed
       af.d mentioned together with all the Rights Profits Benefits and
       Appurtenances to them or either of them belonging or in anywise appertaining
       To have and to hold the s.d Two Parcells of Land as af.d
       and either of them their or either of their Priviledges & appurtenances
       To him the s.d Philip Key his Heirs and Assigns for ever absolutely
       Requitted and discharged of all Claims of him the s.d Francis Hutchins
       and his Heirs & all other Persons Claiming by from or under him or
       them the Rents & Services which shall hereafter grow due to the Chief
       Lord only Excepted & foreprized & in Witness thereof the said Francis
       hath hereunto set his hand & Affixed his Seal the day & year last
       af.d
