       On the Back of the aforegoing Release was thus Indorsed (Viz)
       Maryland Calvert County to wit 12.th Decem.r 1747 Then Came the within
       Named Francis Hutchins before us the Subscribers two of his
       Lordships Justices for the County af.d and Acknowledged this Deed
       to be his Act & deed and the Land & Premisses therein Mentioned to be
       the Right & Estate of the said Philip Key his Heirs & Assigns forever
       Acknowledged before & Certified by

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this third day of September in
       the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred & forty four Between Richard
       Young of Annarundell County Gent of the first part Ezekiel Gillis of the
       same County Planter of the second part and Thomas Williamson
       of the third part Witnesseth that the said Richard Young for and
       in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings lawfull Money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid by the said Ezekiel Gillis at
       or before the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents the Receipt
       whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath given Granted Released
       and Confirmed and by these presents doth give grant Release
       and Confirm unto the said Ezekiel Gillis all that Tract or Parcell of
       Plantable Land containing six hundred & fifty six Acres in
       Annarundell County called Young's Inn together with one Messuage
       One Barn one Stable three Tobacco houses with the Appurtenances
       late in the Tenure or Occupation of the said Richard Young but now
       all in the Actual Possession of the said Ezekiel Gillis by force of a
       Deed or Indenture of Bargain & Sale thereof made bearing date
       the day before the day of the date of these Presents and of the
       Statute for Transferring uses into Possession being To have
       and to hold all & Singular the said Tracts of Land and all
       other the Premisses with the appurtenances thereby given or
       Intended to be given Granted Released and Confirmed unto
       the said Ezekiel Gillis and his Assigns for & during the
