Ex.d Whereas Francis Hutchins late of Calvert County Gent
       Deceased Father of Francis Hutchins party to these Presents
       by his Deed duly Executed Between him the said Francis of
       the one Part and Philip Key of S.t Marys County of the other
       Part which Deed bears date the Fifteenth day of September
       Seventeen hundred & Thirty Two & is recorded among the Records
       of the Provincial Court did for the Consideration there expressed
       Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Convey & Confirm
       unto him the said Philip Key in Fee Simple all the Estate
       Right Title Interest & Claim of him the said Francis of in
       and unto all these Two Tracts or Parcells of Land lying in
       Calvert County aforesaid the one being part of a greater Tract
       called Stoakley and which part was bought by the said Francis
       of John Buket & Priscilla his Wife the other being part of a
       Tract of Land formerly Granted unto Timothy Gunton Assignee
       of Henry Pope lying on the North side of Petuxent River and
       the south side of a Creek of the said River called Hunting Creek
       called Gunton Relation and which part by the said Deed conveyed
       is described to Begin at the Beginning of the Land af.d called Gunton
       Relation Standing by a Swamp and running up & with the Main
       Run of the Swamp af.d untill it meets with the mouth of a small
       Branch called Hutchins Orchard Branch and then running up
       with the said Orchard Branch untill it meets with the
       Eastermost Line of a Tract of Land formerly laid out for Woodman
       Stoakley called Stoakley and with the said Eastermost Line &
       Land af.d unto the Beginning Tree of Gunton af.d all the Land
       lying Between the West & North side of the Branches af.d and the
       East of the Land called Stoakley af.d be it more or less with all
       Buildings Improvements Profits and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging To have and to hold to him the said Philip Key his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever under the Condition in the s.d Deed
       Expressed as by the s.d Deed Relation being thereunto had may more
