386) with all it's appurtenances Improvements and Advantages without any Let Hindrance ^or^ Molestation of him the said Matthew Hawkins or his Heirs or in by or through his or their means or Procurement and lastly the said Matthew Hawkins for himself and his Heirs doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Matthew Hawkins and his Heirs shall and will at any hereafter at the Proper instance and request of him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law for the more better assuring and Confirming the above Bargained Land and Premisses unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns make do and Execute any further Deed or Deeds of Conveyance that he the said Charles Carroll his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall devise advise or Require In Witness whereof the said Matthew Hawkins hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day & date abovewritten Signed Sealed & his Delivered in presence of Matthew MH Hawkins seal mark Ruxton Gay Edw.d Tully On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t Bal.t Co.ty fs October 3.d 1747 Then Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for the County af.d Matthew Hawkins partie to the (within) |
