385) his Heirs and Assigns forever) one fifth part of the said Land and Premisses Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants to take by Survivership to and for their use and behoof and their and either of their Heirs and Assigns for ever free and Clear from all manner of Incumbrances of what nature or kind soever the Rents and Services hereafter arising and becoming due unto the Chief Lord of the Fee only Excepted, And the said Matthew Hawkins doth for himself his Heirs Exors and Adm.rs Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll Esq.r his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Matthew Hawkins and his Heirs shall and will at all times hereafter forever Warrant and Defend the above Bargained Land and Premisses with all the appurtenances ^Improvements^ and Advantages therein or thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns forever And that he the said Mathew Hawkins at the time of Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents is Possest of a good and Indefeizable Estate of Inheritance in the above Bargained Land and Premisses and that he hath in himself full Power and Lawful Authority to sell Transfer and Dispose of the same And the said Matthew Hawkins doth for himself and his Heirs further Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll Esq.r and his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns shall and may from time to time and at all times hereafter for ever Have hold use Possess Occupie and Enjoy the above Bargained Land and Premisses (with) |
