       Hawkins for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       Thirty pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to him
       already in hand paid before the ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents Hath given granted
       bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents doth fully Clearly and
       Absolutely give, Grant, Bargain, Sell, Alien, Enfeoff
       and Confirm unto him the said Charles Carroll
       his Heirs Exors Adm.rs and Assigns one Hundred
       and Fifty Acres of Land part of a Tract of Land
       lying and being in Baltimore County called
       Parishes Range which said one hundred and
       Fifty Acres of Land was devised unto the said
       Mathew Hawkins by Edward Parish of Annarundel
       County deceased Uncle to the said Matthew
       To have and to hold the said one Hundred
       and Fifty Acres of Land part of Parishes Range
       as aforesaid with all the appurtenances Improvem.ts
       and Advantages therein or there^un^to belonging or in
       any wise appertaining unto him the said Charles
       Carroll Esq.r his Heirs and Assigns forever (one
       fifth part of the said one hundred & fifty acres of
       Land as af.d To have and to hold unto Benjamin
       Tasker Esq.r his Heirs and assigns forever) one fith
       part to have and to hold unto Daniel Dulany Esq.r
       his Heirs and assigns forever) one fifth part to have
       and to hold unto Charles Carroll Son and Heir of
       Daniel Carroll of Duddington Mannor deceased

       and to hold unto Doctor Charles Carroll of Annapolis
