       Son of John & Ann his Wife their Each and every of their heirs Executors
       and Administrators the aforesaid one third part of the said Tract of
       Land Called Siniqua Point containing two hundred Acres of Land more
       or less as af.d unto the said Eleanor Williston for and during her Natural
       life the Remainder to her said son Richard Williston and to his heirs
       and Assigns for ever from and against them the said John Gaither
       son of John and Ann his Wife and their Each & every of their Heirs
       and from and against all Persons whatsoever Claiming or that
       shall hereafter Claim by from or under him her or their or their each
       & every of their Heirs or any or either of them shall and will forever
       Warrant and defend by these presents and the said John Gaither son
       of John & Ann his wife for themselves their Heirs Executors &
       Administrators further Covenant and Agree to and with the said
       Eleanor Williston and the said Richard Williston that they the said
       John Gaither son of John and Ann his Wife shall and will at the
       request and at the proper Cost & Charge of the said Eleanor Williston
       & Richard Williston at any time within the Space of Seven Years
       make do acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause to be made done
       acknowledged Suffered & executed all such further acts Conveyances &
       Assurances in the Law for the better & more perfect conveying &
       Assuring the said one third part of the aforesaid Tract of Land such
       as the said Eleanor Williston & Richard Williston or their Councill
       learned in the Law shall reasonably devise advise or require so
       that there be contained therein no other Warantee than is above
       Expressed In Witness whereof the Parties first above named have
       hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day & Year above Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered
       in the Presence of us                           John Gaither son of John  seal
