       Son of John of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Maryland Planter
       and Ann his Wife one of the daughters of Anthony Ruley late of the County
       and Province afs.d Planter deceased of the one part and Eleanor Williston
       of Cecil County in the Province aforesaid Widow and Richard Williston her
       Son of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Gaither son of
       John and Ann his Wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty five
       Pounds Current money to them in hand paid by the said Eleanor & the said
       Richard Williston the receipt whereof they the said John Gaither son of
       John & Ann his Wife do hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained
       Sold Aliened released and Confirmed and by these Presents for
       themselves and their Heirs & each & every of their Heirs do give grant
       bargain Sell Alien release and Confirm unto the said Eleanor Williston for
       and during her Natural life the remainder to her son Richard Williston
       af.d and his heirs and Assigns for ever all that one third part of a Tract
       of Land called Sineque Point lying in the Mannor of Susquehanna
       Alias New Connaught in the County of Cecil and Province aforesaid and
       on the West side of Shannon River Containing two Hundred Acres of
       Land more or less together with all and Singular the houses Edifices
       Buildings improvements Commodities Proffits and Advantages whatsoever
       to the said one third part of the aforesaid Tract of Land belonging
       or in any wise appertaining and also all the Estate Right title Interest
       Property Claim & demand of what nature or kind soever of them the said
       John Gaither son of John & Ann his Wife or either of them of in or to
       the said Granted Land and Premisses & every part & Parcell thereof
       To have and to hold the aforesaid one third part of the aforesaid
       Tract of Land with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto her
       the said Eleanor Williston for and during her Natural life the
       remainder to her said son Richard Williston & his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever and the said John Gaither son of John & Ann his Wife
       for themselves & each and every of their Heirs Executors & Administrators
       do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Eleanor Williston
       and Richard Williston by these presents that they the said John Gaither
