       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst (Viz)
       Memorandum that on the day and Year within mentioned Came Robert
       Love Pitstow party to the within Deed Acknowledged & Declared the
       within Deed to be his Act & Deed and the Lands and Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right title and Estate of the within  
       Named Thomas Sligh & Thomas Sheredine their heirs & Assigns for
       Ever according to the Tenor and Purpose of the same Deed before
       the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for Baltimore County

       Affixed the Public Seal of the County aforesaid this Ninth Day of
       October Anno Dom 1747

       Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the
       within Mentioned One Hundred & twenty Acres of Land) by Virtue of

       Agent and Receiver General                           Rich.d Dorsey
       Recorded the 12.th day of Novem.r 1747
