       Acres of Land by Charles Carroll Esq.r heretofore demised to the said
       Robert Love Pitstow To have and to hold the said One Hundred and
       Twenty Acres of Land Messuages Houses Edifices Buildings Barns
       Stables Yards Orchards Gardens Closes Lands Tenements Proffits
       Commodity's and all other Hereditaments and all and Singular Other
       the Premisses with their and Every of their Appurtenances (Except as
       before Excepted) unto them the said Thomas Sligh and Thomas Sheredine
       their heirs and assigns To and for the only proper use and behoof of
       them the said Thomas Sligh & Thomas Sheredine their Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever and the said Robert Love Pitstow doth hereby for himself his
       heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant Promise Grant and Agree
       to and with the said Thomas Sligh & Thomas Sheredine their heirs
       and Assigns that he the said Robert Love Pitstow and his heirs the
       hereby Bargained Premisses with their and Every of their appurtenances
       unto the said Thomas Sligh & Thomas Sheredine their heirs
       & Assigns for Ever from and against all Persons whatsoever
       shall and will Warrant and for Ever Defend by these presents and
       the said Robert Love Pitstow for himself & his heirs doth hereby
       further Covenant promise grant & agree to and with the said Thomas
       Sligh & Thomas Sheredine their heirs & Assigns that he the
       said Robert Love Pitstow and his heirs shall and will at any
       time hereafter at the Request Cost and Charge of the said Tho.s
       Sligh & Thomas Sheredine their heirs or Assigns Suffer make Execute
       and acknowledge all or any other deed or deeds Conveyance or other
       Writing such the said Thomas Sligh and Thomas Sheredine their
       heirs or assigns or their council shall Reasonably Advise or
       Require for the further and better Surety & sure making the af.d
       Lands and premisses unto them the said Thomas Sligh & Thomas
       Sheredine their heirs and assigns for Ever In Witness whereof the said
       Robert Love Pitstow hath hereunto set his hand & Seal the day and
       Year above Written                                          his
