378) Ex.d This Indenture made the Eighth day of August in the Year of our Lord seventeen Hundred forty seven Between Robert Love Pitstow of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and Thomas Sligh & Thomas Sheredine of the same County & Province Merchants of the other part Witnesseth that the said Robert Love Pitstow for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifty pounds Current Money to him in hand paid by them the said Thomas Sligh & Thomas Sheredine at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the said Robert Love Pitstow doth hereby acknowledge and thereof & therefrom and of and from every part thereof doth hereby acquit & discharge the said Thomas Sligh and Thomas Sheredine their Heirs Executors and Administrators Hath given granted bargained Sold Aliened released Enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth give grant bargain sell Alien Release Enfeoff and Confirm unto them the said Thomas Sligh and Thomas Sheredine their heirs and Assigns all that Tract or Parcell of Land Situate lying and being in Annarundel County in the Province afs.d Called or known by the Name of the Tann Yard containing & laid out for one hundred and twenty Acres On the North side of Severn River and in a Neck called the Broad Neck as by the Certificate of Survey thereof bearing date the tenth day of April Sixteen hundred sixty Six may appear and Also all and all manner of Messuages Houses Edifices buildings Barnes Stables Yards Orchards Gardens Closes Lands Tenements Proffits and Commodities and all other Hereditaments whatsoever with their and every of their Appurtenances of him the said Robert Love Pitstow in Baltimore County aforesaid or else where in the Province of Maryland and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Proffits of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust property Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Robert Love Pitstow of in and to the said Premisses or any part thereof either as heir at Law to a Certain Thomas Thurston Senior or to a Certain Thomas Thurston junior or to a Certain Mary Pitstow or otherways or to any other Person or Persons Whatsoever Except and always reserved Out of these presents One Hundred (Acres) |
