Ex.d   This Indenture made this second day of
       October in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand
       Seven hundred and forty Seven Between John Watts
       of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Planter
       of the one part and Sarah Kennard Junior of the same
       County Widow of the other part Witnesseth that the same
       John Watts for and in Consideration of the sum of five
       Shillings current money of Maryland af.d to him in
       hand paid by the same Sarah the Receipt whereof is
       hereby Acknowledged and for divers other good Causes
       and Considerations him thereunto moving Hath
       granted bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth
       grant bargain and Sell unto the same Sarah ^Kennard^ and her
       Assigns all that parcel of land being part of a tract
       of Land called Draytone Scituate lying and being
       in Kent County af.d on the Northside of a Creek
       called Chirn Creek Begining at a Red Oak standing
       on a small Hill near Steel Pone and Runing East
       by South to a marked Poplar Eighty five Perches &
       from thence South East two hundred & twenty five Pches
       and Runing thence South West One Hundred P^er^ches
       and from thence North West Three Hundred and Ten
       perches and from thence North East to the first Bounded
       Tree Containing Two Hundred Acres of land more or
       less together with all and Singular the Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging and all the Estate Right title and
       Interest of him the same John Watts of in and to the
       and every Part thereof and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders thereof To have & to hold
       all the af.d Parcel of Land Contained within the lines
       and Boundaries af.d with the Premisses and Apputs
