       Thereunto belonging and every Part and Parcel thereof unto
       her the same Sarah Kennard and her Assigns from day
       next before the day of the date of these Presents for and
       during the Term of one whole Year from thence next
       ensuing and fully to be Compleated and Ended to the intent
       and purpose and the better to Enable the same John Watts
       to Grant Release and Convey all and Singular the af.d
       hereby Granted Two Hundred Acres of Land and Appurts
       and the Reversion and Inheritance thereof
       unto the same Sarah her heirs and Assigns forever to the
       uses intent and Purposes and in such Sort and manner
       as the John doth Intend shortly hereafter to Grant release
       and Convey the same by Indenture intended to bear date
       the Day next after the day of the Date of these Psents
       In Witness whereof the Parties af.d have hereunto
       Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals the day
       and Year first above written
