       Of in and to the same and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders thereof To have and to
       Hold all the af.d Tract or Parcel of Land herein above
       described within the lines and Boundarys above
       mentioned with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging and every Part and parcel thereof unto
       him the same John Watts and his Assigns from the day
       next before the day of the date of these Presents for an
       During the Term of one whole Year from thence next
       ensuing and fully to be Compleated and ended to the
       Intent and Purpose and the better to enable this same
       Richard to Grant Release and Convey all all ^and^ Singular
       the af.d hereby Granted and Bargained Tract or parcel
       of Land with the Appurtenances and the Reversion and
       Inheritance thereof unto ^the same^ John Watts his heirs & Assigns
       forever to the uses Intents and Purposes and in such
       Sort and manner as the same Richard doth Intend
       Shortly hereafter to Grant Release and Convey the same
       by Indenture intended to bear date the day next after
       the day of the Date of these Presents In Witness
       whereof the Parties af.d have hereunto Interchange^a^bly
       Set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above

       Sealed and Delivered in Presence
       of us   B Hands                  On the Back of the aforegoing

       The within Deed was Acknowledged by the within
       named Richard Kennard before us two of his Lordships
4 1/2 sides Justices of the peace for Kent County this tenth day of
