       And Assigns forever all the af.d two hundred Acres of
       Land Contained within the Lines and Boundarys af.d
       with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have
       & to hold all and Singular the af.d two hundred acres
       of Land with the Premisses and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging unto her the same Sarah Kennard
       her Heirs and Assigns forever to the Intent and purpose
       that she the same Sarah may become perfect Tenant
       of the freehold of the same two hundred Acres of land
       and Appurtenances whereby one or more common Recovery
       or Recovery's shall and may be had and Suffered thereof
       in manner and form hereafter following for which intent
       and purpose it is hereby Covenanted Granted Concluded
       and agreed upon by and between all the parties af.d to
       these presents that it shall and may be lawfull to &
       for the af.d Richard Kennard to bring & Prosecute
       against the same Sarah Kennard one or more Writ
       or Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post returnable
       before the Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryl.d
       at a Court to be held for the same Province at the City
       of Annapolis the third Tuesday of this Instant October
       of and for the af.d hereby Granted and Released Two
       hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances to w.ch
       said Writ or Writs the same Sarah shall appear gratis
       and Vouch to Warranty thereof the af.d John Watts
       who shall also appear and enter into Warranty and
       Vouchover the Common Vouchee who shall likewise
       appear and enter into Warranty for the same hereby
       Granted Premisses and shall then Imparle and
       afterwards shall Depart in Contempt of the Court
       and make Default so that thereupon one or more
