       Same County Planter of the third part Witnesseth that
       the same John Watts as well for the docking Barring and
       Cutting of all Estates Tail Reversions Remainders and
       all other Estate and Estates Terms and Interests heretofore
       created limitted and Declared of for in or Concerning all
       that parcel of Land being part of a Tract         of land
       called Draytone scituate lying and being in Kent County
       af.d on the North side of a Creek call Chirn Creek begining
       at a Red Oak standing on a small hill near Steel pone
       and Runing East by South to a marked Poplar eighty five
       Perches and from thence South East two hundred and twenty
       five Perches and Runing thence South West one hundred
       Perches and from thence North West three hundred & Ten
       Perches and from ^thence^ North East to the first Bound^ed^ Tree
       Containing Two hundred Acres of Land more or less with
       the Appurtenances and for Setling and Assuring the same
       Two hundred Acres of Land to and for the Uses Intent and
       Purposes herein and hereby after limitted expressed
       mentioned and Declared as for and in Consideration of
       ^the sum of^ one hundred Pounds Current money of Maryland to
       him the same John Watts in hand already Paid by the
       same Sara the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       and for divers other good Causes and Considerations him
       thereunto moving Hath Granted Remised Released &
       Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant remise
       Release and Confirm unto the same Sarah Kennard (in
       her Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain
       and Sale to her thereof made for one Year by Indenture
       bearing Date the day next before the day of the date of these
       Presents and by Virtue of the Statute made for
       Transferring uses into Possession) and to  her Heirs
