       Common Recovery or Recoveries with Double Voucher
       Over shall and may be had      Suffered and Executed of
       and for the same Granted Premisses with the Appurtenan^ces^
       and all and every other thing and things done & perfected
       needfull and necessary for the having Suffering and perfecting
       the same Recovery or Recoverys according to the
       Course of Common Recovery's in such Cases used and
       that the same Recovery or Recoverys shall be Executed
       by Writ or Writs of Habere facias Seisinam And it
       is hereby further Covenanted Granted Concluded and
       Agreed by and between the parties af.d to these presents
          every of them for themselves and their heirs Respectively
       that the same Recovery and Recoverys and all
       Recoveries Settlements and Assurances had or to be
       had made levied Suffered or Executed by or between the
       same Parties or any of them of or for the af.d hereby Granted
       and Released two hundred acres of land with the Appurts
       or any Part thereof shall be and enure and shall be deem'd
       Adjudged and taken to be and enure to and for the Sole
       and proper use of the af.d Sarah Kennard her Heirs &
       Assigns for ever and that the same Sarah Kennard from
       and Immediately after the suffering and Executing the
       Recovery or Recovery's af.d shall by virtue thereof and of
       these Presents stand and be Seised of and in the af.d hereby
       Granted and Released two hundred Acres of Land Premes
       and Appurtenances to and for the proper use of her the
       same Sarah her Heirs and Assigns forever and to and
       for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness
       whereof the Parties af.d have hereunto Interchangeably
       Set their hands and Seals the Day and Year
       above written
