       Recovery so to be had and Suffered and all Effects
       thereof of the af.d Plantation and tract of land Contained
       and Described within the lines and Boundarys af.d with
       the Appurtenances thereunto belonging shall be and Enure
       and shall be deemed Construed Adjudged and taken to be
       and enure to and for the Sole and only Proper use of her
       the same Jane Brown her heirs and Assigns forever and
       that the same Jane from and immediately after the Suffering
       the same Recovery shall by Virtue thereof and of these
       Presents Stand and be lawfully Seised of and in the same
       Plantation and tract of Land Contained within the lines
       and Boundarys af.d with the Appurtenances to and for
       the proper use of her the same Jane her heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose what
       soever In Witness whereof the parties af.d to these
       Presents have Interchangeably set their hands & Seals
       the Day and Year first above written
