       Provincial Court to be held for the Province of Maryland
       to sue forth and Prosecute against her the same Jane one
       Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post Returnable before
       the Justices of the same Court at Annapolis the third
       Tuesday of this Instant October thereby Demanding
       against her the same Jane Brown the af.d Plantation
       and tract of Land described within the lines & Boundary^s^
       af.d with the Appurtenances in such manner and form as
       by the same Charles or his Council learned in the law
       shall be advised unto which said Writ of Entry so to
       be Prosecuted the same Jane shall appear gratis
       either in her proper person or by her Attorney lawfully
       Authorized and shall Vouch to Warranty thereof the
       Common Vouchee who shall likewise appear and Imparle
       and afterwards Depart in Contempt of the Court
       and make default so that Judgment may be thereupon
       had and given for the same Charles Hynson to Recover his
       Seisin of the same herein described Plantation and tract
       of Land with the Appurtenances against the same Jane
       Brown and for the same Jane to Recover in Value against
       the common Vouchee to the end that one perfect common
       Recovery with Single Voucher over may be thereof and
       thereupon had and Suffered and all and every thing and
       things done and perfected needfull and Convenient for the
       having and Suffering the same Recovery according to the
       Course of Common Recovery's in such Cases used and that
       the same Recovery shall also be Executed by one Writ of
       Habere facias Seisinam and it is hereby further Covenanted
       Granted Concluded and Agreed by and between the
       parties af.d to these presents and each of them for themselves
       their and each of their Heirs that the same
