364) Assuring the same Plantation and Tract of Land with the Appurtenances to and for the Uses intent and Purposes herein after Limitted expressed and Declared and for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Current money paid by the same Charles Hynson to the same Jane the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers other good Causes and Considerations her thereunto moving Hath Granted Bargained Covenanted Concluded and Agreed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Coven.t Conclude and Agree to and with the same Charles his Heirs and Assigns that she the same Jane shall and will stand and be Seised of and in and be perfect Ten.t of the freehold of the af.d described Plantation and tract of Land with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging in such Estate as she the same Jane hath or had therein before the Execution of these Presents untill ^a^ good and Perfect common Recovery with Single Voucher over shall and may be had Suffered and Executed of and for the same herein Described Plantation and tract of two hundred and Sixty three Acres of Land with the Appurtenances according to the usual Course of common Recoverys for the Assurance of lands and Tenements in such Cases used and accustomed And thereupon it is hereby Mutually Covenanted Concluded Granted and Agreed by and between the same Jane & Charles Hy^n^son party to these Psents for themselves and either of them their and either of their Heirs in manner following that is to say that the same Jane Brown shall and will permitt and Suffer the same Charles Hynson before the end of next October Provincial |
