363) Willingly Acknowledged this as her Act and Deed for the Uses herein mentioned without being Compelled thereto 11 1/2 sides by her said Husband or for fear of his Displeasure Taken and Acknowledged before me the Subscriber the day and Year aforesaid Recorded Oct.r 30.th 1747 Geo Dent Vide Recovery recorded in Lib E I N.o 10 fol 784 Ex.d This Indenture made this tenth day of October in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred and forty seven Between Jane Brown of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Widow of the one part and Charles Hynson of the same County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the same Jane Brown for the docking Barring and Cutting of all Estates Tail and Remainders in tail of and in all that Plantation and tract of Land with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging being part of a tract of Land ^Called^ Trumpinton Scituate lying and being in Kent County af.d Begining at a Bounded locust post standing at the Mouth of a Creek called South's Creek which post has been set up in the Place of a Bounded Oak the Original Boundary of the same Land and Runing from thence North five Degrees West four hundred forty and eight Perches to one other Bounded Oak standg on the West side of the said South's Creek and from thence runing South Eighty six Degrees and one half Degree West Ninty four Perches then South three Degrees East three hundred Ninty and one Perches and from thence with a Streight line to the Begining Containing w.thin the Boundary's af.d Two hundred Sixty and three Acres of Land more or less And for the Setling and Assuring |
