       That for the docking and Barring all Estates tail and all
       Reversions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or Depending
       of and in the Tract or parcel of Land with the
       Appurtenances hereinafter Granted Bargained Sold
       Released and Confirmed and so mentioned to be and every
       part thereof whether created or Limitted by the last Will &
       Testament of Philemon Loyd late of Talbot County
       Esq.r Deceased Grandfather of the said Henrietta
       Maria party to these Presents or otherwise and for limittg
       and Assuring the said Tract or parcel of Land with the
       Appurtenances to the use and Behoof of the said Henrietta
       Maria and of her Heirs and Assigns for ever and for and
       in Consideration of Ten Shillings lawfull money of
       Maryland to the said Daniel Dulany in hand Paid by
       the said Edward Dorsey at or before the Execution of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged the s.d
       Daniel Dulany and Henrietta Maria his wife party
       to these Presents have Granted Bargained Sold Released
       and Confirmed and by these Presents do Grant Bargain
       Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Edward Dorsey
       and his Heirs all that tract or parcell of Land being now in
       Queen Anns County but heretofore in Talbot County called
       Lloyds Insula and Containing Seventeen Hundred and
       Ninty five Acres of Land with the Appurtenances which
       was devised by the said Philemon Lloyd Grandfather of
       the said Henrietta in fee tail to the said Philemon Lloyd
       Father of the said Henrietta Maria and the Reversion &
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof and every
       part thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Property Claim and Demand of them the said Daniel
       Dulany and Henrietta Maria his wife or either of
       them of in or to the said Tract of Land with the Appurts
