352) Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands & Seals the Day & Year first above Written Edw.d Skidmore Seal Sealed & Delivered in John Waltham Seal the Presence of us Beale Bordley Geo Lingan Tho Jennings Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Release was thus Endorst (Viz.t) Received the twentieth day of October 1747 of the within Named John Waltham the Sum of Ten Shillings Current Money being in full for the 10 s Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me Witness Beale Bordley Edw.d Skidmore October the twenty first 1747 Then Severally came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named Edward Skidmore (party to the within Writing) and Thomas Jenings & did Severally acknowledge the within Instrument to be their Several Act & Deed for the uses within mentioned taken and acknowledged 14 sides the Day & Year above mentioned before Recorded Oct.r 26.th 1747 Henry Hooper Vide Recovery recorded in Lib E I N.o 10 fol 777 Ex.d This Indenture tripartite made the Twenty ninth day of October in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty seven Between Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Esq.r and Henrietta Maria his wife only Daughter and heir of Philemon Loyd Esq.r deceased of the first part Edward Dorsey of Annapolis Gent of the second part and Stephen Bordley of Annapolis Esq.r of the third part Witnesseth (That) |
