       Or any Part thereof To have & to hold the said
       Tract of Land with the Appurtenances unto the said
       Edward Dorsey his heirs and Assigns for ever to and for the
       Use and behoof of the said Edward Dorsey to the Intent
       and Purpose that he the said Edward Dorsey may be
       and become perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said
       Tract of Land with the Appurtenances to the end that
       one or more good and Sufficient common Recovery or
       Recoveries may be had and Suffered in manner herein
       after mentioned It is hereby Declared and agreed by and
       Between all the said parties that it shall and may be
       Lawfull for the said Stephen Bordley at the Cost and
       Charge of the said Daniel Dulany on this fee and
       before the end of the Provincial Court now Sitting to Sue
       forth and Prosecute out of the High Court of Chancery
       of Maryland one or more Writ or Writs of Entry upon
       Disseisin and so forth Returnable and to be Returned
       before the Lord Proprys Justices of the Provincial Court
       thereby Demanding by apt and Convenient Names or
       Names Quantities Qualities Number of Acres and
       other descriptions the said Tract of Land with the
       Appurtenances against the said Edward Dorsey to w.ch
       said Writ or Writs of Entry he the said Edward Dorsey shal
       appear Gratis in his own Person and Vouch over to
       Warranty the said Daniel Dulany and Henrietta
       Maria his wife party hereto who shall appear Gratis in
       their own proper Person and enter into Warranty and Vouch
       over to Warranty the Common Vouchee of the same Court
       who shall also appear Gratis and after Imparlance make
       Default so as Judgment may be had and given thereupon
       for the said Stephen Bordley to Recover the said Tract of
       Land with the Appurtenances against the said Edward
       Dorsey and for him to Recover in Value against the said
