349) Conveyed by Charles Hynson to the af.d Edward party hereto (Except & saving out of these Presents unto him the said Edward Party hereto & his Heirs ^all^ that Twenty square Feet of Ground Part of the Premisses which hath been heretofore used as a Burying Place by the Ancestors of the said Edward with free liberty of Ingress egress and regress to and for the said Edward & his Heirs to Bury and Interr their Dead therein) together with all & singular the Houses, Buildings, Woods, Waters, Ways, Easements, Emoluments, Tenements, Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsover thereunto belonging or appertaining (in the actual Possession of him the said John Waltham now being by Virtue of and Indenture of Bargain & Sale thereof made bearing date the day next before the Day of the date of these Presents and by Virtue of the Statute for transferring uses into Possession) and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents issues and Proffits of the said hereby granted and released Premisses or mentioned or intended so to be with their and every of their appurtenances and all the Estate right Title use trust Property Claim & Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of him the said Edward Skidmore party hereto of in or to the said Lands & Premisses hereby granted & Released or mentioned or intended so to be or any Part thereof and all ^Deeds^ Writings and Evidences concerning the said Premisses or any Part thereof To have and to hold the said several Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses hereby granted and Released or mentioned or Intended so to be with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said John Waltham his (Heirs) |
