       Heirs and Assigns to and for the use and Behoof of ^him^ the
       said John Waltham his Heirs and Assigns forever
       to the Intent and Purpose that the said John Waltham
       shall and may be Perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the
       said hereby granted & released Lands and Premisses
       untill one or more good & Perfect Recovery or Recoveries
       may be had against him the said John Waltham of the
       same Lands & Premisses And it is for that Purpose
       hereby Covenanted Granted & agreed by and Between all
       the said Parties to these Presents that before end of this
       Present October Term or some other ensuing Term at the
       Costs and Charges of the said John Waltham one or more
       Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le Post shall and
       may be Brought Commenced & Prosecuted out of his
       Lordships High Court of Chancery returnable and to be
       returned before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court at Annapolis in the Name of the said Thomas Jennings
       as Plaintiff or Demandant against the said John
       Waltham as Tenant whereby the said Thomas Jenings
       shall Demand against the said John Waltham the
       said Lands Tenements Hereditaments & Premisses
       herein before Granted & Released or mentioned or
       intended so to be with their and every of their appurtenances
       by such apt and Convenient Names and
       Discriptions as shall be thought Proper to ascertain
       the same to which Writ the said John Waltham
       shall appear gratis in his own Proper Person or by
       his Attorney or Attorney's Lawfully Authorized & shall
       Vouch to Warrant the same Premisses the said Edward
       Skidmore party hereto who shall appear Gratis in his
       own Proper Person or by his Attorney or Attorney's
       Lawfully Authorized & enter into the said Warranty
       and Vouch over to Warrant the same Premisses
       the Common Vouchee of the same Court who shall
       thereupon appear and enter into the said Warranty
