348) and therefrom and of and from every Part and Parcell thereof doth hereby release and acquit and Discharge the said John Waltham his Heirs Exors & Adm.rs and for the Docking, Barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon Expectant or depending of and in the three hundred and Sixty two Acres of Land herein after mentioned (excepting as is hereinafter Excepted) he the said Edward Skidmore Hath granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant, Bargain, Sell, Alien, Release & Confirm unto the said John Waltham his heirs and Assigns All that Parcell of Land and Plantation being Part of a Tract of Land called Skidmore or Scudmore lying on the Bay side formerly in Cecil but now in Kent County af.d Beginning at a Bounded Sycamore Tree standing on the Bay side and on the dividing Line of the same Tract made between Edward & Michael Skidmore and Running from thence down the By South by West one hundred & Eighty and five Perches to a Marked Pock Hickory the second Bounded Tree of the Original Tract af.d then East three hundred & Twenty Perches then North by East one hundred Eighty five Perches till it Intersect the af.d Division Line made between Edward and Michael Skidmore then with that Division Line to the aforesaid first mentioned Sycamore Tree bounding on the West by Chesepeak Bay Containing and laid out for three hundred & Sixty two Acres more or less including or hereby intended and granted to Include within the Lines and Bounds aforesaid as well one hundred Acres of Land Part of the same Tract heretofore Granted by Edward Skidmore Father of the af.d Edward party hereto unto George Strutton as two hundred & sixty two Acres of the same Tract lately Granted and (Conveyed) |
