       and Michael Skidmore then with that Division Line to the
       af.d first mentioned Sycamore Tree Bounding on the West
       by Chesepeak Bay Containing and laid out for three
       Hundred & Sixty two Acres more or less including and
       hereby intended & granted to Include within the Lines and
       Bounds af.d as well one hundred Acres of Land Part of the
       same Tract heretofore granted by Edward Skidmore Father
       of the af.d Edward unto George Strutton as Two hundred
       & Sixty Acres of the same Tract lately Granted & Conveyed
       by Charles Hynson to the af.d Edward Party hereto (Except
       and saving out of these Presents unto him the said Edward
       Party hereto & his Heirs All that Twenty square feet of
       Ground Part of the Premisses which hath been heretofore
       used as a Burying Place by the Ancestors of the said Edward
       with Free liberty of ingress egress and regress to and for
       the said Edward & his Heirs to Bury & Interr their Dead
       therein) together with all & Singular the Houses
       Buildings, Woods, Waters, Ways, easements, Emoluments
       Tenements & Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
       belonging or appertaining And the Reversion & Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues & Profitts
       thereof and of every Part thereof To have & to hold
       the said hereby Granted & Demises Land & Premisses
       with the appurtenances unto the said John Waltham his
       Exors Adm.rs & Assigns from the Day next before the Day
       of the Date of these Presents for and during and unto
       the full end & Term of one whole Year from thence next
       ensuing & fully to be Compleat and ended To the Intent and
       Purpose that the said John Waltham may be in the Actual
       Possession of the said hereby Bargained & Sold Land &
       Premisses with the appurtenances & may hereby & by Force
       & Virtue of the Statute for Transferring uses into Possession
       in that behalf made & Provided be enabled to take a Grant
