       and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance of the said
       Land & Premisses hereby Bargained & Sold or intended so to be
       with the appurtenances to him and his Heirs to such uses
       and Purposes as shall be thereby Declared In Witness
       whereof the said Edward Skidmore hath hereto set his Hand
       & Seal the Day & Year above Written
       Sealed & Delivered in the                  Edw.d Skidmore   seal

       On the Back of the aforegoing Lease was thus Endorst Viz.t
       Reced the Nineteenth Day of Oct.r 1747 of the within Named
       John Waltham the Sum of Five Shillings Current Money            5 s
       being in full for the Consideration Money within mentioned
       to be by him paid to me
       Witness B Bordley                              Edw.d Skidmore

       Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named Edward
       Skidmore (Party to the within Writing) & Acknowledged the
       within Instrument to be his Act & Deed for the uses within
       mentioned, Taken & acknowledged the Twenty first day
       of October Anno Domini 1747 before   Henry Hooper
7 sides   Recorded Oct.r 24.th 1747



Ex.d This Indenture made the twentieth day of October
       in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & forty Seven
       Between Edward Skidmore of Kent County Planter of the
       first Part John Waltham of the same County Planter of the
       second Part and Thomas Jennings of Ann Arundel County
       Gent of the third Part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of ten Shillings Current Money of
       Maryland to the said Edward Skidmore in hand paid
       by the said John Waltham at or before the ensealing and
       delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof he the said
       Edward Skidmore doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof
